At the moment, we are offering two affordable ways to have your items shipped from Brampton, ON, Canada via Canada Post’s Lettermail service:
$7 - Economy Untracked (US & Canada) - For customers located in the US & Canada only, this service is the most affordable rate but you will not be able to track your package. Since we wouldn’t be able to track where the package is, we can’t take responsibility for any lost packages. Use this service at your own risk.
$18 - Standard Tracked (US & Canada) - For customers located in the US & Canada only, choose this shipping service if you want to track your package.
$10 - Economy Untracked (International) - For customers located outside of the US & Canada, this service allows us to send packages affordably to different parts of the world but you won’t be able to track your package. Since we wouldn’t be able to track where the package is, we can’t take responsibility for any lost packages. Use this service at your own risk.
$38 - Standard Tracked (International) - For customers located outside of the US & Canada, choose this shipping service if you want to track your package.
Your packages will be packed safely in a shipping-tested flat rigid envelope so we can keep your shipping costs down.
Our Shipping Rates do not include any local customs and duties and must be shouldered by the buyer.

We ship from Brampton, ON, Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Within Canada – 3 to 5 days
US – 1 to 2 weeks
United Kingdom – 1 to 2 weeks
Europe – 1 to 2 weeks
Asia-Pacific – 2-4 weeks
Service interruptions, local customs, or other unforeseen events may also affect delivery times.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

If your package got lost (for Standard Tracked shipping option only) or is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within (7) days after receipt of your package based on the tracking through our contact page or send an email to marj@studiohandog.com.

As Studio Handog is a very small art business managed and run by a husband and wife from our home, we have a limited window for refunds and exchanges. We may allow refunds and exchanges for the following reasons:
You chose the Standard Tracked shipping option and the package got lost or was never received after (30) calendar days. But first, we will help you contact the courier.
The items arrived severely damaged and have become unusable.
We delivered the wrong items.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for (but not limited to) the following reasons:
Change of mind
Delivery time taking too long due to the courier’s service interruptions or inefficiency
Packages being held at your local customs or authorities
